Old calendar invite notification

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me?  Usually notifications come through on my fitbit with no issues, but I had a calendar appointment on my fitbit before Christmas that was postponed and rearranged.  Despite this every so often it flashes up as a notification on my fitbit with the original detail.  Is there anyway to delete this?  Everything is correct in my outlook calendar, so that is not the issue.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you received such notification and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using with your Charge 2? Do you receive the calendar notification every day? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi Ricardo, thanks for the reply.

 

So I have an Iphone XR and it is synced with my work e-mails, calendar invites etc which in turn links to my Fitbit 2.  After leaving for the Christmas break, somebody responded to one of my outlook invites to request a change of time for this meeting.  As I didn't really want to respond to this until my return, my Fitbit flashed up with this appointment daily and continues to do so, even though I confirmed the change on my outlook calendar when returning to the office at the start of January.  I will try the restart as you suggest.
