Hi @Sarojine  you try a restart of the Fitbit? Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

How do you restart Fitbit? Charge 2

    • Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
    • Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
    • Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
    • Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
      • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
    • Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

The FitBit restarted as guided below but the Sync is still not successful. Any other advice?

@TimBush  is your phone on the compatible list I posted above?

Now that I look, no it's not. I have a Samsung Galaxy A50 that HAS been sync'd to my phone app for over a month since i got the phone

Because of that I'm thinking there's something else wrong or I've got to do to re-sync.

It’s now working and here’s what I did. I quit trying to sync on my Samsung A50 and loaded the Fitbit app onto my iPad. Once it sync’d on y iPad, my A50 autosync’d immediately after with no prompting.
