I just bought my Charge. When I unplug it from the charger, nothing happens. I press the button and nothing comes up on the screen. The battery is full. I've tried the quick reset and factory reset but still nothing. Can anyone help me get this thing working?

The original Charge has been out of production for over 3 years. Exactly which tracker do you have?
