I have a Charge 3 and while I get notified I have a text message when I click to open it will not work.  Just puts me back to home screen.

 

What am I doing wrong?🤔

I don't believe you are doing anything wrong. The Fitbit app sends the notification messages to your C3 but when you tap on open this opens the message app on the phone. The Fitbit app does not grab the message from the message app to send over to the C3.
