I’ve updated the app... it syncs ok, however I can’t open any of my active challenges, water log, calories log etc... any suggestions?

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not accessing some areas. This is odd. How are these areas being displayed (grayed out or do they seem normal)? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
