What is the "Outdoor Workout" activity? When would that be used?

@TODDinTEXAS The Outdoor Workout is designed for activities like kayaking, stand up paddle board, and downhill skiing, activities where steps aren't counted. I also think people use it for open water swimming. Don't use it for any walk/run/hike activity. The distance you travel in you Outdoor Workout doesn't get added to you daily distance total.

There are a lot of outdoor activities which are excellent for a normal person. But I will suggest to you the 2 best outdoor activities that make me healthy. The first one is cycling and the second one is paintballing which I played every weekend. You can't even imagine these 2 activities are more beneficial for your health. You will be far away for a long time from dangerous diseases especially Heart, Joint pain, etc.
