My daughter gave me her old Fitbit alta....it died!

I contacted fitbit and was connected with a very nice lady named Gretel!

She sent me a replacement Alta hr as they were out if the alta.

Fitbit stands behind their products and gives excellent customer service!

They give top notch service!

Thank you Fitbit!
