Hi
i have a charge 3 which hasn’t worked for a while due to a black screen. I’ve tried every suggested method to restart etc and it hasn’t worked. I unpaired it intending to re-pair it , but I hadn’t realised that to do this , I needed the code which I cannot see on the black display. Is there any other method I can use to pair it without this code ?
I can’t try the suggested fix to change the clock design until I manage to pair the device

@DenisaCos I'm sorry, but you need the code on the screen.
