Three days ago my Fitbit Charge 3 display stopped working. I tried all the various re-boot ideas posted on here. I have had this problem one or two times in the past and I always got it working, but not this time. I have tried the suggestions several times over the last few days. I even tried to change the clock face style as suggested. That did not work either. But even tho the display was not working, it still was recording my steps, heart rate and sleep. My reminders and alarms also worked. Then on Tuesday night my Fitbit was vibrating repeatedly and the app. said my battery was empty. I charged it to about 60 percent and within a few hours it said the battery was empty again. I charged it again until it said (on the app.) that it was 98% charged. I put it on so it could monitor my steps at least. Within a few hours it said the battery was depleted. I have run out of ideas of what I could do now and would love to have a remedy to my problem. Can I send it in for repairs or replacement or do I need to do some shopping?

@Justme4321 It's great to see you in the Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 3 not working as it should. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.
