I need to get my fitbit password reset. I've tried the forgot password link but it doesn't sent emails (yes, I've checked my junk folder too). I contacted Fitbit support but they told me I dont have an account. I definitely do and get my progress emails from Fitbit. It's been weeks of trying to get anywhere with Fitbit support but still no progress. Does anyone have any tips? Anyone been in a similar position?

This is the third time I am planning on contacting Fitbit.However the Fitbit helper told me I do have an account in to go through the same steps again. No email returned. Yes I do have checked my spam folder. Does anyone know now what to do

I try closing out the app and restarting it but nothing happened
