Help!

My fitbit has all of a sudden got pixels and a line across the screen.

I have tried to restart my fitbit, but didn't help!

I had this issue with my 1st fitbit, got it replaced with this one, and now I having the same issue. 😩

My 15-month-old Charge 3 suddenly had white vertical lines appear on the display.  Two days later, my daughter's Charge 3 (only 7 months old) developed the same problem.  After an hour chatting with customer service, they will only offer me a 25 percent discount on a new device, but will replace my daughter's.

It seems very strange that two devices in the same household, purchased several months apart, would fail in the same way within two days!

Apparently, this is a common and known issue, and I think Fitbit should consider extending their warranty to 2 years instead of 1 year!

Thank you for you reply. That's so strange to of happened!

What's annoying the most, is I got my 1st fitbit in July 2019 🙈 that got replaced with my current fitbit in March 2020 due to pixels. And now the same has happened to this fitbit, only 4/5 months of having it.

I hoping that fitbit will replace again, otherwise I'll go elsewhere, especially if it is a known fault with them, and as you said, should offer a 2 year warranty! As I'm not sure if my current fitbit would have its own year warranty, or if it falls under my original fitbtt, in which case, has just ran out 😩
