I am debating whether I want to keep the Premium or not.  What does it do that the regular Fitbit doesn't?  I can't do the exercises from my phone.  How can you see them???????????  I don't have an iPad that is compatible either.

Just wondering what is so great about the Premium.........?????

I want to know people opinions on what is so great about Premium.  I know what it does, but what does the regular Fitbit not do?  I suppose I haven't used any of the Premium options yet because, like I said, I can't see the videos of the exercise on my phone good enough to use them.  The other stuff really doesn't interest me.  I don't know what is so great about it.

Of course they are non-refundable.  I'm not surprised.  That's $80.00 a year lost to me.  Thanks for nothing.

@Tammikw Fitbit (unethically, in my opinion) has placed some of our data behind that "Premium" paywall.  People without Premium do not get the information about "sleeping heart rate (see how much your heart rate slows down during sleep)" and "restlessness" during sleep.  You also only get a limited amount of info about "health metrics," as in you can only look at the last 30 days or something like that, so you'll likely miss seeing trends unless you log it manually as well (like in a spreadsheet).  I think it is a ripoff that I need to pay equally as much per year as I paid for my Inspire 2 if I wish to have all of my data that the device is collecting about my sleep.  There might also be some kind of readiness score, but I don't really care about that (as I don't really care about the "sleep score") as those are made-up/invented things, and looking at the separate parameters really gives more information.

@Tammikw, I suggest you start a new post and ask for help with whether or not you can "cast" a workout from your phone to your laptop using the phone settings.  Like give the type of phone and type of laptop.  It appears to me that some people have been able to do this!   [But it is not something that I have ever done.]  Good luck!
