My Fitbit Charge suddenly has issue syncing. I have tried using the mobile app and also the wireless dongle that comes with it. It gives Could not establish connection! message.
The Fitbit itself seems to work properly. Counting steps as normal, battery is fully charged, etc.
Can someone please advise?

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:
Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

I have tried restarting it few times but still got issue. I attach a screenshot of the error I got. Is there anything else that I could possibly try ?

If a restart is not helping then I think it's probably best that you contact customer support. Perhaps they'll be able to see what's happening from the server side and if they can't fix it they can advise on your options. You can contact them via: contact.fitbit.com
