Hi, I have a iPhone 6 and a Charge fitbit, Phone won't/cant see the fitbit, it has been searching for ages,

Hey @Bamjag, welcome to our Community family!
I recommend logging out from your Fitbit App, restart your iPhone 6 and restart your tracker following the steps provided by @AlejandraFitbit, login again in the Fitbit App and try to set up again.

i sadly don't have a iPhone 6 i have a Samsung j5pro is there anything i can do to connect my fitbit in a different way??
