Is anyone having issues trying to restart their Fitbit Charge 3 using the hold down the button on the side while it’s plugged in for 8 seconds until you see the smile face?
took me all morning for it eventually to work. I even contacted customer support and it took several attempts while talking to them.
anyone else find it tricky? I was trying to restart it because the estimated oxygen variation had stopped working.
