Hi there! I have some trouble connecting my Fitbit Charge HR to my (new) phone. Every time I want my Fitbit to connect to my iPhone, it's starting its stopwatch. Even when I try to reinstall the Charge HR (charged to my laptop) he's starting to time again. The Fitbit is not popping up as a bluetooth device at both my laptop as iPhone
Also, I can't change it in any settings on my account to stop timing en start connecting with bluetooth. As you might sense, I get pre-tty frustrated from it haha. I would like to go for a run but got delayed for like two hours now. I hope you have a solution for this ginormous annoying problem!
Nevertheless, thanks for your time!

Hi there @Felien , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems setting up your Fitbit Charge HR. Thanks for all you've tried to get it working. I'd like to help you out!
Now, from what you mention, it seems you're trying to set up your tracker from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and this actually has to be done through the Fitbit app. This means that you need to go to your AppStore and here, look for the Fitbit app. If you already have an account, just log in with your email address and password and then, proceed with the setup.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope that this works. If you need anything else, let me know!
