I don't understand why Fitbit doesn't have the answer for this problem, they should know how to fix it.

Hi @Lonewolf269. I‘ve asked a moderator to step in. I have no other suggestions other than to reset. @ABC---  has tried the reset. I’d suggest others in this thread also try it. Do the reset process 3 times.

@ABC---  @brenda79  @Ldhatch  Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! @Lonewolf269  I hope you're doing well!

Have you tried updating the Charge HR firmware recently? This could be the reason you are seeing this progress bar. I would suggest that you start by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device like @SunsetRunner  suggested. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Finally retry updating the firmware on your device or look for any available update for it.

Let me know how it goes!

@Lonewolf269  thank you for your reply! You can follow these instructions to update your Charge HR. If the issue persist then please try a factory reset. You will need to setup the tracker after this.
