I am just about done with my Fitbit ..... so I did what someone recommended and now my heart rate and sleep stats icon disappeared. I upgraded to the Fitbit premium and that didn’t help, it tells me that my Fitbit would have to have a heart rate monitor which mine does. I will try one more time before I order me a Garmin. And my hourly step count is gone now too.

Sorry but I'm not sure what someone suggested to do or where the heart rate disappeared from. App or tracker. 

Usually this happens when the tracker has been removed from the Fitbit account.
