Hello if I got replacement pebble from Fitbit (Charge 2) can I set it up as new device in Fitbit app (+add a new device option)? Or I must replace existing one (replace Charge 2 option) in app setings?

It's probably easier to use "replace". If you try new device, it will tell you you cannot have 2 of the same device. You could "remove" the old one yourself first, but "replace" takes care of that for you.
Just make sure you are using same email/account and all your data should still be there.
