Hello! I just noticed my Fitbit charge2 did not register steps for three days, and then picked up tracking again. It measured/tracked stairs etc, but not steps.

Hey @SunsetRunner, welcome aboard! Try to restart your Charge 2 to make it track your steps again. In order to do that, please follow these instructions:
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
Let me know if that works!

Hello! Thank you for your response 🙂
I restarted as you suggested but the steps for the missing days did not appear.
Attached are snapshots of the days so you can see what I am referencing. I just noticed that each day has the same count for floors, calories, etc.. that is odd?
I am in a walking challenge so I check my tracks constantly and know that for those days I had at least 10,000 steps..

Thanks for the pictures @SunsetRunner, and for trying to restart your Charge 2 as I suggested. Let me suggest you something else, could you please refresh the app? I mean, log out from your Fitbit account and then log back in, then sync your Charge 2 again. If the previous steps won't show, you have the option to manually add those steps, but they won't count towards your challenge.
Give it a shot and let me know if that works!
