Charge 2 won’t sync error 403

Hi. My Fitbit charge 2 won’t sync with my new iPhone X - the seemly common 403 error occurs when I enter the 4 digit code.I have tried all the solutions mentioned on the forums with no success. Will this be fixed soon? If not, then will Fitbit refund me please?

@Nuwy Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your tracker won't syncing with your iPhone. Not sure what you tried but try uninstalling the app, restart your phone and then reinstall it and retry the setup. For refunds you will need to contact the seller or if you purchased it from Fitbit you can find the details for the process here.
