I was noticing unexplained changes this week to the pattern of my SpO2 trends this week (after months of normalcy). So I learned that I can download the last month's raw data.
It doesn't seem to have the oxygen saturation data? Did I miss it?

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community, @cernese.
Thanks for the information provided.
To export daily SpO2 from your Fitbit account please go to the export section here > under "Export Your Account Archive" click "Request Data". Once the file has been downloaded and extracted go to the folder with your name and you'll find a list of other folders with different data.
If yo have any other question, please let us know.

Requested data. Still waiting, ..after a full day it's only at 70%. Amazing that it takes more than 10 seconds to package up my data.

I downloaded and unpacked the data. Lots of good details I can use Excel to create graphs. Any clue where is spo2? It must be calculated & estimated (I assume) from other data? I found this: "By using Fitbit sensors to measure the relative reflection of red and infrared light from your blood via your wrist, and seeing how it varies as your heart beats, we can estimate your SpO2 value."
and I saw the folder "other" with "estimated_oxygen_variation" and "infrared to red signal ratio". How do I estimate sp02?

Thanks for your response, @cernese.
After clicking the folder with your name, you should be able to see your SpO2 readings in the sleep folder:
Please be aware that Estimated oxygen variation (EOV) is an estimate of the changes in your blood oxygen saturation levels. The EOV feature is designed to see specific events overnight when your blood oxygen saturation levels varied, which could indicate breathing disturbances.
Fitbit SpO2 estimates your average blood oxygen saturation levels and range while you sleep. It’s designed to see potential changes to your fitness and wellness.
For information about how those two metrics are obtained, please visit the following articles:

Hi,
I've only had my Sense for 4 days. I don't see the option for the Archive export. Will that option appear after the 5th day of use?
Also, will the raw SPO2 data be included, meaning every reading taken by the Sense)? Or will it just contain the the average reading from each night? I want the raw data.
Thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @gbh1.
You should be able to see the option for the Archive export since the first moment your Fitbit account was created. Could you please share an image of what is shown on your end?
For information about what Fitbit data will be exported, please visit this article.
There is a Feature Suggestion called "Allow export raw SPO2 data". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
See you around.

Thanks. I see the option now, and I have downloaded the data. And, I can see the data supplied is basically meaningless.
I voted for the "Allow export raw SPO2 data". But since it seems this suggestion is quite old, nothing will likely be done about it.
My frustration continues to grow with the Sense. Last night, after 4 nights of successful "Sleep Stage" data being recorded, I only received a "Sleep Pattern". After searching the forum, I see this has been an issue for some time, for many people. 😠

Thanks for your response, @gbh1.
I'm glad to hear that you're able to see the option for the Archive export.
If you are not able to see your sleep stages, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
Hope this helps.

Cernese or moderator,
I too am trying to see real SpO2 levels as measured by the device (as imperfect as it may be). Thanks for being persistent with the Fitbit moderator. Sounds like you hit paydirt and actually saw the Daily SpO2 levels?
I want to the sleep folder and do not have a file(s) called "Daily SpO2."
1. Any suggestions?
2. Does the SpO2 clock face be installed to collect the absolute percentages?
3. How is this related to the comments about making suggestions to make the SpO2 data available? From your comments, it looked like it's already available?
Thanks
Gerry

I've been running the fitbit spo2 watch face since late 2020, and found data for every night since then in my export.
I do only use that watch face, because I want that data more than I want a custom watch face.
I've been poking around the forums a bit to see if I can make sense of the variation data as well, and found some information here on trying to turn it into a graph:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Estimated-Oxygen-Variation/td-p/3955726/pag...
I created a quick python script to try to turn that csv data into a variation graph, but it doesn't really match up with the fitbit app.
As for the sleep data, the Sleep\Daily SpO2 files all together had data from late 2020 onwards.
