This does not work for me. Where is the synch button?

My charge 2 is stuck on April 22. I've uninstalled and installed the app, I have restarted the fit bit. Time zone is on automatic. I cannot find a button to synch it. Where is the synch button option. Pleas help! Everyone says synch it but I can't find any synch option

The synch button is gone from my Samsung tablet app. June 2019. Charge 2 stuck on April 22. Won't synch. No synch button showing. App uninstalled, installed, updated. Tablet restarted. Fit bit restarted nothing worked. Where is the synch button????

My app doesn't show log at the top. There must be a way to synch the Fit bit to the ap !Does anyone know where the synch button is? Why would they delete or hide the synch button??

@SophiaAN08 are you trying to sync through a web browser or the Fitbit app on some type of device? I'm also not sure which post your responding to so I'm an aware of what does not work?
Normally to sync, without moving I hold my finger on the dashboard, no I pull down and let go, a sync starts and the display says syncing.
The other way is to tap on the icon of your tracker. Now tap on sync now?
Let us know if your still having problems.

@SophiaAN08. The log on an android is used for logging Weight an exercise, a drink, etc she was not responding to you.

App in Samsung.tablet. it is updated.
I've tried holding finger down all over the place. The only thjing that pulls down are the tablet settings. I don't know what this tracker icon is that people talk about. There is a little rectangular icon top right corner that opens up settings. There is no synch option in the settings anywhere.

I was not syncing with my android phone. Tried all of the trouble shooting soutions at least 5 times. Was told by custormer service my phone was not on the compatible with fitbit app list. Now i have had my phone for a year and it worked. Custormer service told me my app will go out every once in awhile because of my phone. So they had me reset/retart my phone in the settings on my phone. IT WORKED. I did lose some passwords and such but it was worth it. Good Luck.

I am on alaska time from previous california. My fitbit2 wont synch to time change. HELP
