Team, 

Sync Service window disabled when I login to Fitbit, when I logs off able to view Sync Service window. Can anyone help me with this issue! Screenshot_20190531-215234_One UI Home.jpg

Your soaking about an app problem while in the Charge 2 hardware. May I ask which type of phone you have? 

I don't see anything in the screenshot about sync service. 

What happens when opening the app and the app tries to sync? 

Have you checked permissions on the phone Settings?

Actually while I Jog, I used to connect Fitbit & Bluetooth Headset parallely. Earlier I am able to view such Sync Service window, so syncing was in real time without delays. Currently if I receive call to my phone and Excercise task (Running - task) would be stopped in Fitbit now just because of Sync Service window no more available. Any possibility to have Sync window from settings!

I am using Samsung S9+ With Exynos 9810 version.
