Although I have loved my Fitbit these past 2 years, in the last few months it continues to alert me of my calendar events at the wrong time (several times a day) and even on the wrong date. My Fitbit informed me today 8 times about an event that was scheduled for yesterday. I have contacted Fitbit by phone and by email MANY times and I have repeatedly done the steps they have suggested but this continues to be unresolved. I normally would write a letter to voice my displeasure - but after searching - it doesn't appear there is an address to send it to. This seemed like the best forum. I just want a coupon or a discount to buy a better Fitbit because I actually love the concept of my Fitbit. But recently I was told they are unable to offer me a coupon/discount on the purchase of a new Fitbit because they "continue to be working on my issue" Really? Don't they want to keep their customers happy and talking positively about their products? Before I had ever experienced a problem, I encouraged many of my clients to purchase a Fitbit because I truly believed they were the best activity monitor. I really think they should make this right. I don't believe they will fix my problem but I think a bigger concern would be for them to lose me as a customer.

Hi @SunsetRunner and @Rmhack, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your posts.
@SunsetRunner Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you out. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Charge 2? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Does this occur with calendar notifications only or with phone call and texts too?
This seems to be a connection issue between your phone and the Fitbit, in the meantime I receive your answers please check if it's compatible with our products and services. The input that was shared in your post is really appreciated, we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services.
@Rmhack Since you're experiencing the same issue, please answer the same questions and check the information that's specified on: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your answers, let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have an Iphone XR. It was working perfectly fine until this past Fall. Most of my issues are calendar events that notify me at the wrong time and on the wrong date. On Saturday I had an event that notified me about 8 different times (and it was an event from Friday). In addition sometimes my texts and calls don't come through - they come through my phone but I don't get notified on my Fitbit. This is so frustrating and I don't want to wear it but it's the only watch I have right now.
Please understand I would love to just get another brand of activity tracker - but I truly love the look of my Fitbit and I loved my Fitbit before this started happening. My kids bought this for my birthday almost 2 years ago and I just think it should last longer than that. I have run every test imaginable that they have suggested OVER and OVER but I just don't believe it can be resolved. I realize this watch is no longer under warranty but I think you should make this right. Thank you.
Amy

Hi I have a Fitbit charge 4 and every repeat calendar event from my gmail calendars account which has a time one set to London and the Fitbit itself has has the same seems to while we didn’t have savings time appear on my Fitbit 12 hours later, today a notification during dst appeared 11 hours later, This is consistent.
My phone that is paired to it is the iPhone 12 Pro Max,
I’ve even made sure back ground app refresh is on. Phone and Fitbit all using the the latest IOS and app versions.
Is there any other information you require?
