I recently set up the notifications on my charge 2.
Itll show when someone calls or texts.
My issue is with text messages. Itll show who texts me, but not their message. Under the settings, I clicked "sender and messages" and made sure it was synced afterwards.
Still cant figure out what I'm doing wrong. 🤷:female_sign:

Let me help you with your text messages. I just got an update and I can tell you that the team is aware of this issue and working on finding a resolution to this. We are sorry for the trouble and hopefully there will be a fix for this soon.

Hi when I receive a text message on my charge 2 its showing whos texed me but not the message can you help me with this please, thanks.

Same thing is happening with my charge 2. It was working fine but now, just shows the texter not the message. Very annoying😠 I hope they get this fixed soon.

As mentioned in my previous post this issue is being investigated by the team. Please keep your Fitbit app up to date to see if this can fix the issue but in the meantime I can only ask for your patience while a fix is released.

It seems the issue is with the latest update and has been going on for about a month or so based on what I have seen on other boards. The usual response is "we are looking into it". Not sure why it is taking so long to get a resolution as this is happening across two product lines that I am aware of possible three. I am at the point of replacing mine with something totally different because of what appears to be a lack of urgency to resolve this issue. On the Google Play Market, the customers have been giving poor reviews yet no response. I have been touch with support via Twiter and received the same response. I have been dealing with this for about two weeks maybe a little bit more.
