@Rosieho, welcome on board! Breathing exercises have already been set up - on your Charge 3 clock face swipe once to the left - you'll see screen with Exercise and Relax apps. Tap on Relax - there will be either 2 or 5 min breathing exercise options - swipe to the left and right to toggle between the two. Tap to select one of them and start exercises. At the time users cannot set anything up or adjust anything, but use either 2 or 5 min. options.
Hope it helps!

A warm welcome to the Community @Rosieho and @RiseAndShine thanks for stopping by.
I agree with the information provided by our friend here, there isn't any need to setup this feature since it already comes with the tracker. For more information, you can check the help article What should I know about the Relax app on my Fitbit device?.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @DAKB! You can’t pause the session, but you can quit at any time by pressing the back button. To get more detailed information, see: What should I know about the Relax app on my Fitbit device?
Please let us know if you have any further questions. We'll be around!

Best AnswerAfter doing a little reading (fitbit help), it is apparently not store on the dashboard. Here hoping this becomes a thing very soon as it is very disappointing not to be able to look back at past sessions.
Pardon my grammar. It should read:
It is apparently not *stored* on the dashboard.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best AnswerDear Alejandra,
I would be interested in setting up the relax app to set the breathing rythm to be longer or shorter, have breaks at full breath and at no breath.
Thereare a lot of useful things we could do with an app like this if there would be more settings. Is there hatsomething I can do to push Fitbit to develop this kind of options?
I’m trying to figure out this relax thing. I did 2 minutes and got 62-62. What’s that mean? There really needs more explanation for this. I’ve gotten “low” before and don’t know what that means either.
Hello! I used to have a Charge 2 and loved the Relax feature. I now have the FitBit Pixel by Google. Do you know a way to get the Relax on that model?
It was wonderful when its gentle vibrations to sync with my breaths.
Thank you!
Best AnswerI think I may have found a suitable substitute for Fitbit's RELAX.
The app for Android called Breathing Zone by Breathing Zone 😊.
Requires no special permissions, run on both the phone and your wrist! On your wrist it vibrates with the two breaths, and you can choose to have a gentle voice instruct you too. Several customization options.
I'm happy now 😁
