Relax app went off while sleeping

The relax app went off by itself at 5 AM this morning waking me up about three hours before I had to get up. How do I delete this app, or prevent this from happening again?

@Jmcfee You can delete it in the app.  

• Click on your profile picture in the upper-left hand corner
• Select your Charge 3
• Select "Apps"
• Find the Relax app and click on it
• Select "Remove"

“Remove” does not appear to be an option for me, unfortunately. Where do you see it?

@Jmcfee Is there any option to uninstall anywhere?  Are you on iOS?  Is your app up to date?

I wonder if it's because you're using the Charge 3 and I'm on the Charge 4.  Maybe you can't remove the apps with the Charge 3, which is silly.

I do have the Charge 3, and my app and iOS is up to date. That would be silly!! Thanks for your help though!
