Hello :), I started using the relax app on my band but I cant see the breathing history on the mindfulness tab on the Fitbit app. Please if someone has a suggestion?

Same here... It's sad that so many people have this problem and it hasn't been fixed yet.

Got a brand new Inspire 2 a couple of months ago. I use the breathe function every day, but have never been able to track it with my app. It’s simply not there in the mindfulness tile. I’ve read hours of articles and discussion posts. I’ve tried to live chat with Fitbit and eventually gave up after waiting 1 1/2 hours without connecting to a person. I then sent an email to the help desk and never received a response regarding my last issue. Considering leaving fitbit and getting a different tracker. I work out with my husband who has an Apple Watch and he’s started automatically sending me workout stats after our workout because my Fitbit has been so intermittent. Disappointing.

Hi all,
I had a conversation with a Fitbit support employee a while back, and this person informed me that the Relax sessions never show up in the Mindfullness tab. This only happens with the Fitbit Sense (if I am correct..). Sooo.. I am not sure what the other Fitbit Moderator earlier in this topic is talking about, but the Charge 4 will never show these sessions.
Nonetheless, I would really love for them to show up, so if Fitbit ever has the plan to implement this, please do so! 🙂

Thanks for the update. I did notice that if you scroll down on the watch screen after the relax session, it will give you the days that week you did a session. That's something, but it would sure would be nice to see individual history in the MIndfullness tab.

Yeah so it's August 2021, almost a full year since this thread began, and I'm having this problem too. I got my Fitbit today and did a guided breathing session my apps updated my device is updated ( Fitbit inspire HR ) but this problem doesn't seem to have been resolved yet. Please fix it doesn't seem like it should be that hard thank you

Chiming in that I also have never seen these sync on my old Charge 2 nor my Charge 4. It would also be nice if we could specify the time for the sessions, as 2 and 5 seem short and a 10 minute longer session would be nice to work up to.

Good to know. Thanks for sharing.
I have a brand new Luxe and was confused why the Relax app shows 4/5 days but the app only shows the 1 video I did.

That’s wild that it’s still an issue with a brand new product.

Any update on this? Lots of issues reported on this thread, even with brand new devices.

Same. Brand new luxe. In looking online, Fitbit’s instruction manual/materials suggest that the breathing sessions are supposed to show up in the app. Please remedy.

How are you able to see the data in the relax tile? I just got a new Luxe: I did a relax breathing exercise and I can’t find the data anywhere. So Disappointed that it’s not showing up in the mindfulness app.

The same problem with me. Fitbit Inspire 2. Fitbit app 3.54.1 and iOS 15.3.1.

Just bought a new charge 4 a week ago and have the same problem. Read the manual which still promises that relax breathing sessions are logged in mindfulness tile. If you cant fix it then update the manual at least.

Hi, any update with this issue? My relax sessions don’t show on my mindfulness app either. I had a ‘chat’ with Fitbit today but they gave up and said I would get an email from someone else which has never happened. So annoying. I’ve tried the usual things, and I’m using a charge 4 hr.

Lizzy's solution worked for me. I had the same experience, everything else was syncing.

So…like…is there seriously no solution here? I am replying to this thread a little over two years after it was opened, and I cannot believe there’s still no resolution. I’m using a brand new inspire 3. Relax sessions are available on the band, but do not show up in the app on my iPhone, even after following the recommended steps posted here.
Of all the people here that say they have reached out to Fitbit support about this issue, only one seems to have actually received a response from them. Apparently this feature just… doesn’t exist?? Are you serious? The entire point of this thing is to track this data. What is the point of allowing me access to a feature that I can’t track? This is not the only thread about this issue. Clearly people WANT to be able to track this, and I cannot imagine what Fitbit gets out of refusing to provide this information. bizarre design choice, and immensely unhelpful support. I’m going to switch back to my Apple Watch. What a joke.
