I lost my previous iPhone that had all my Fitbit info. Do I have to download all over again or can I find my info in the cloud?

No worries (other than lost phone).  Your information is in the Fitbit cloud under your account.  Log into Fitbit app on new phone with same account ID/email and all data should be there.  You can also see your info on the fitbit.com dashboard in a web browser.

At each sync, all your data goes to the cloud.  All that would have been lost is any activity since the last time you completed a sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
