My Charge 3 is very inconsistent in sending my 10 minute reminder to walk.

Hi @Steptripper. Welcome on board!

Thanks for letting me know about the reminders to move on your Charge 3, and let's work on this together. Before anything else, please verify that your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Once that is done, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app in your phone.
  2. Tap on the hourly activity tile and on the gear icon at the upper right corner.
  3. Turn off the reminders to move and sync.
  4. Restart your Charge 3 to refresh its performance.
  5. Turn back on the reminders to move and sync one more time.

Wait for the next 10 minutes before the hour to see if you get the reminders to move. Please note that you'll get the reminder if you haven't walked 250 steps by then.

I’ve also had this issue for about a year. I have done EVERYTHING you’ve said. Restarting the fitbit makes it work consistently for about a day or two at most, then it begins skipping hours. I even tried a workaround by setting a silent alarm for each hour, but it won’t let you have that many. It’s maddening.

I too tried setting my own reminder for 15 minutes before the hour and I found that to possibly be the problem as when I cleared the 15 minute reminder the Fitbit 10 minute reminder was underneath it.

Yeah, that’s not my problem. My only reminders now are wake up and bedtime and I’ve reset everything since. I’m glad to hear you may have found a fix, though!
