My Charge 2 is 3 years old, therefore outside warranty. The display has failed.
Fitbit have informed me that there is no option available for repair outside warranty and my only option with them is to purchase a new unit with a discount.
Surely this cannot be acceptable that a unit only 3 years old has to be written off and Fitbit have no requirement to provide a repair facility?
I'd be interested if anyone has experienced this.
Thanks

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem. My charge 2 is 3 years old and out of warranty now. It has stopped working altogether. It started with display problems though it was syncing with the app and I could see the data there. After few days the green LEDs also stopped working. Now the tracker is not even syncing with the app and I can't see any data. I called up the customer care and they told me the same thing that nothing can be done now as they don't have any repair centres or facilities. This is really bizarre as we spent so much while buying these products and getting them repaired is the least we could expect from them. Also buying one more Fitbit product is out of question as they are way too expensive..!!!!
