My Fit is continually giving me calendar reminders for the same event over and over. I can't seem to dismiss it or anything.
It is connected to a iPhone 6s.
I event turned off the bluetooth connection from my iPhone to fitbit for a week and when I reactivated it, it still does it.
I've tried off turning off notifications. I've tried deleting my fitbit app and reinstalling. I've tried everything other people have reported but it is still happening. In the past I would see the reminder on my phone and simultaneously it would appear on my fitbit. Now it just appears on my fitbit and nothing on my iPhone.
Any other suggestions?

Hello @denby, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you received the first repeated calendar notification? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to
check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured, also, you can re-setup notifications one more time.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions for me to answer.

Still happening. Lately its been this 2 p.m. calendar meeting that I don't get any notifications from anyting else on. Usually I get the notification reminder on my phone first, then the fitbit one appears. I don't know how/where it is finding this event. Today I think I am getting it when I should be getting the reminders that I need to take a walk, or the "nailed it" alert.

I’m getting this problem as well. Can you give us an update on the best way to fix this. Just to be clear this is a problem with REPEATING notifications, not just a problem with notifications. Thanks.

I have the same issue with receiving multiple notifications of calendar events throughout the day. They aren't all my calendar events. They tend to be all day events such as someone's birthday but today it is for a "new event" that was deleted from my calendar and doesn't even exist there anymore. It's extremely annoying as sometimes the notification will pop up every 15 minutes or so. I know Fitbit says they are aware of the problem with Apple iPhones with iOS 13 and you're "hard at work" to resolve this issue. But it's been awhile that I've been seeing that message on your app. PLEASE fix it!

I have the same issue! I’m getting repeated notifications for ONE event, often while the event is going on. This morning my Charge 2 woke me up at 4am buzzing every minute on the minute about an event scheduled for 4pm today. I finally took it off after 12 minutes and 12 buzzes so that I could get back to sleep! I have multiple things scheduled with reminders on my phone. But my Fitbit only buzzes about one and does it incessantly. It’s driving me crazy! PLEASE fix it!

It's one year later, and I have the same issue. I put my Charge2 on after some months off. I updated all software. This repeated notification about one event is very annoying.
