Replacement Charge 3 doesn´t latch with strap

I recently received a replacement for Charge 3 by mail but the strap doesn’t latch with this replacement one. The strap still latches with the original charge 3 ( broken one).

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Miho1800. Thanks for letting us know that the strap latches with the original Charge 3 but no with the replacement.
