So I got my fitbit replaced due to a faulty step count, as usual I got given a refurbished device and low and behold 3 months down the line the screen has a line along it, the girlfriends charge 3 is also exhibiting the same issue and I even pushed for a new device for her, hers lasted 4 months.
It would appear that the quality control on fitbits has got progressively worse over the years, this is probably the last Fitbit device I'll buy, even with a 50% discount code to buy a new one it's only going to last 6 months at best before I have to get a refurbished device that will fail quickly ....
