Hi,

I have an issue where one of my straps on my Charger 2 keeps coming off very easily and I’m afraid that i may end up loosing my Charger 2.

this only started recently.

Is there someone that I can contact from FitBit to address my issue and possibly have my strap replaced?

thank you,

Sam

@Odyssey13, how come you have selected best answer when you weren't in this thread?  Can anyone do this now? I thought it was for the original poster to decide.

@Lilbiddy  the original poster hasn't returned and it's been three weeks. @AlvaroFitbit  gave the best answer to that member before another person posted a question and both @AlvaroFitbit  and you replied.  Members of the Community Council have the ability to select the best answer and to merge or move some posts. Sometimes the original poster, having their answer, doesn't return to say what happened, much less to pick the best answer. Often they just want to get back to stepping and we don't see them unless they have another question.
