Replacement charge 4 side button already broken

Just received a replacement charge 4 and it isn't holding charge and also the side button isn't working. Quality products I tell you

I assume that you already contacted Support, so that you received this replacement. If so this means that you have a case with Support

Please contact them again and let them know about the shipment and they'll be more than glad to support you further.
