I had a fitbit a few years ago and it broke so treated myself to a charge 2 how do I delete all my old badges so I can start afresh?

I'm sorry but there is no way to do that.

 

They only thing you can do is open a new account with a different Email adress

Too bad... I had a Fitbit years ago, and its step counter went on the fritz. It started counting steps non-stop, even when I wasn't moving or wearing it... Like I was an Olympic sprinter, running to the moon... I got amazing badges! But I feel like I don't deserve them... 🤔 😂
