Restart without charger?

Is there any way to restart the Charge 3 without it being on the charger? Today mine stopped syncing while I was at work, so I needed to restart it, but I couldn't because I left my charger at home.

I'm sorry but you need the charger to do it.

You can always buy an extra in the store and have one at work.

Thanks Wendy. I was afraid of that. It's sad that the only solution to solve this bug of Fitbit's is to spend more money on an accessory.

I agree.  This is yet another flaw design of a FB product.  Reset should be able to be performed without the charger.

Try changing clock face on phone's app.  Your charge3 should refresh itself .

This is such a great help! My fitbit every so often will start the stopwatch and buzz constantly and I never could make it stop at work. Thanks for the great tip!

Changing clock face in the app worked on Inspire HR  too. Odd that the sync button wouldn't work but changing clock face does. But it worked!

Also +1 there should be a way to restart without charger.

From the clock screen, swipe to the left until you find Settings. Tap on Settings. Scroll down until you fin About. Tap on About. Scroll down until you see Reboot device, tap on it. Then tap on the check mark. It will then reboot.
