Resting Heart Rate Out of Range

Why are slower heart rates "out of range" rather than reported as Resting Heart Rate? Today my RHR is 57 bpm but as I sit here it is 55 bpm. Looking through last night's data it was 54-51 bpm for several hours. The higher rate improperly _lowers_ my Cardio Fitness Score!

A)  "Out of range" just refers to the heart rate zones. being anything below "fat burn zone"; i.e. anything below 50% max heart rate is called "out of range".

B)  It is common to see heart rates below Fitbit's "resting heart rate".  That happens to most people.  Fitbit's RHR measurment is not the same definition as several others, and they not not disclose how they calculate it, but it still serves the same purpose.

See https://blog.fitbit.com/resting-heart-rate/

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

JohnnyRow,
Thank-you for the reply.
I'd really like _their_ explanation, plus a solution because, obviously, my
RHR is _not_ out of _my_ range!

So Hi there guys ,

MY problem is resting heart rate, when i look at the "heart rate graph " while im sleeping its below 76

and even below 60 , then it says out of range while the fitbit charge 3 says m y resting heart rate is 80 0r 82. So the average heart rate is not calculated correctly.

I have it 2 fingers from my wrist , tight while i sleep , but for sure its not correct. Any advice
