Resting heart rate staying the same

My resting heart rate usually changes daily but for the past 10 days it has stayed the same at 64. 

 

When I check my sleep resting heart rate this is different daily, around 61/62, but each morning my Fitbit calculates overall at 64.

 

I’ve tried cleaning the sensors, wearing it tighter and also did a reset. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?

Also you can try to restart your device by following these steps.
