Resting heartrate display missing days

No idea how or why this happened, but suddenly the graph displays aren't showing up on the app (samsung s7, latest app update). I've tried everything, clearing app data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning on and off the heart rate setting, etc etc etc. The problem shows up in both the app and the dashboard via browser. I've tried reaching out to support via twitter DM (as they instructed) but haven't heard back from them.

Here are some screenshots:

So you see no resting heart rate data or a graph showing up there after May 19th. Now, if I scroll through the days I see that on the 20th, 21st and today (22nd) there is heartrate data saved.

So why isn't this showing up in the other display, and why isn't my resting heartrate being calculated and updated??

Did this ever get resolved and if so how?

There's been no resolution yet. It just skips those days and then randomly starts showing the data properly again but with those days shown as a straight line.

I have the same problem with my Charge 3. It would spordically determine, seemingly on its own which days it would just skip. It feels like on days I wear it to bed, it usually computes RHR value early in the day and pretty much settle on it. For other days when I don't wear it to bed, it's a bit of a hit-and-miss. There seems no pattern to whether I weat it all day, OR with some gaps of not wearing. The total duration for which I wear it also does not seem to contribute to the decision.

This is quite annoying.

Fitbit, do you have an answer, or soution?
