Hi there,
I'm having some serious problems resyncing my Charge 2. My phone has recently completely died, so while I wait for a new one to arrive, I wanted to try syncing my fitbit to my computer. I'm using Windows 10 on an HP Pavillion.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
I was unable to sync it with my laptop, even after turning Bluetooth on and off again. My Charge 2 doesn't even show up as a synced device in the options. I tried deleting the device from my account and setting it up as a new device, but I still have the same problem. I've tried what I thought was a factory reset (holding down the power button and poking the little hole in the top) but that hasn't done anything.
I'm wondering if in order to sync my charge 2 with my computer I need to remove it from my phone or something. Which is impossible because, as I mentioned, the phone has been bricked. If it is the case, is there a work around?
Anyone have a similar problem and know how to fix it?
