Retrieving my Charge 2 Information

I entered my email address wrong or something and so I had to start all over with my Charge 2. All of my information is gone and I really need it. Is there anyway I can retrieve this information? And if so how do I do it?

You need to sign in with the same email. Do you know what that is?

 

If not you can ask for it on the sign in page

 

Please remove your phone number. Not good to list on a public forum

What if the email address is a new one. I had to change emails before and never lost anything, however I can not remember how I did  it
