I entered my email address wrong or something and so I had to start all over with my Charge 2. All of my information is gone and I really need it. Is there anyway I can retrieve this information? And if so how do I do it?

What if the email address is a new one. I had to change emails before and never lost anything, however I can not remember how I did it
