Return Charge 3 for refurbishment

My charge three stopped working and we tried everything to revive it with no luck. I would like to return it for refurbishment and donation to someone in need. Is this possible?

That’s a nice thought, @DawnIeKay - Unfortunately, Fitbit does not offer a program like that. The only thing I can think of is this:

  • From the app on your phone, tap Account > Charge 3 > Remove Device.
  • Again, on your phone, open Bluetooth, select the Charge 3 and Forget This Device.
  • Then check online programs such as NextDoor.com and post there, being honest that the device does not work but someone may want to tinker with this free device.
  • Safety note - stay anonymous and meet somewhere public, such as the local library or police station parking lot.

Are you considering getting a different Fitbit device? I have the Charge 5 and am quite happy with it.

As @SunsetRunner mentioned, Fitbit doesn't have a refurbishment program but you can follow her advise.
