I'm returning my charge2 and receiving a new one. Do I need to remove data or account before i return? When i get my new charge 2 will it sync automatically without showing 2 fitbits? Is this a slick process?

I've not done it but I understand it to be pretty slick.
When you get your replacement, go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". Choose Charge 2 and it will ask if you want to replace your existing fitbit. Just say yes and follow the prompts.
All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
