Returning my broken Charge 3

My charge 3 is no more and i've talked to support and have been given a returns label, but it says

'You'll receive an email message from Fitbit Support with the list of items to include.'  

Does anyone know how long this email takes to come? I'm guessing i'll need some kind of authorisation code to put inside.

Hi @MissCatherine  you'll get an email, but I'm not sure of the timeframe for it to be sent out. I do know the shipping label normally has the RMA (return merchandise  authorization) number on it. The email will explain what you need to return and what components they wish returned, such as the charger. Anyway, they will get with you.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that they already sent you a prepaid shipping label, you only need to print this and attach it to your package. If you didn’t receive the email message and you already checked your spam and junk folders, I suggest to contact them back to confirm the items that you need to send.
