Hello everyone, Hope you`re having a great day!

Need some guidance with regards to the Run and Indoor Run options which were visible on the device initially but are`nt showing now so how do I get them back on the display.

Also, the device is auto recognising only walking as an exercise where as the claim is that it recognises about 15 exercise types, so is there some setting I am missing? Please help

Thank you!

Hello @TusharCh thank you! I hope you're having a great day too. Smiley Happy Let me help you with your inquiries and give you a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'd like to confirm that our SmartTrack feature was designed to auto-recognize several exercises but this will depend on which activities are you performing. Therefore, can you please let me know if you performed an exercise but your Fitbit recognized it as a Walk activity? If this is the case, which exercise did you perform? To know the best way to track your activities with your Charge 2, I recommend you to check this article for more information and details. Note that you can customize your exercise menu by doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap your tracker tile.
  3. TapExercise Shortcuts.
  4. To add a new shortcut, tap Exercise Shortcut and select an exercise.
  5. To remove a shortcut, swipe left on an exercise name, then tap Delete.

I'll be here if you need anything else.
