I regularly run with a group of people near where I work. There are a number of busy roads and we all stop our stopwatches (fitbit in my case) if we have to wait to cross at lights. When I log into the app after the run, the only info given is the full time of the exercise period, not the time of the run as I have manually timed it. The info does seem to be available via logging in on the website but only so many activity sessions seem to be stored here not the full history as with the app. Is there a way to access this info via the app?

Hello @KitHutch, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
I appreciate the information and details that were provided regarding the inconvenience experienced with your Charge 2 while tracking your activity. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, which mobile device you're currently using sync your Fitbit? Does this situation is experienced with other activities rather than Run? And lastly, you track your exercise using the Run shortcut on your Charge 2 or the auto-recognition SmartTrack feature? If possible, please send me a screenshot showing this inconvenience. You can refer to this post to attach the image.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
