My Fitbit charge 2 has a vertical crack on the screen without me damaging it. Fitbit gave a replacement earlier in the year because three vertical cracks were there one day. I have no idea why this happens and whether it is down to the black with silver one? I have asked for another replacement pebble as I love the watch which was my birthday gift. Hope that the problem is fixed

Hi I also have a vertical crack on my fitbit charge 2 which was a christmas present in 2017 but fitbit could only offer me 25% discount off a new fitbit - no offer of a new watch. Like you I did nothing to cause this damage.

@EV11E @AnneBr Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 screens. Support will review each case and provide options depending on the situation and the status of the warranty. @AnneBr since you mentioned that your tracker has a year then support won't be able to replace the device. You can check the warranty here.
Let me know how it goes!
